What if I change my mind?

We strongly encourage you to select carefully while shopping online. However, we understand if you change your mind. Please make sure to pack the product properly along with all the items included in its original packaging and a copy of the invoice. The cost of shipping back the product back to us will be borne by you. Upon receipt of the product you have returned, we shall assess the product and base from that our decision on whether to provide a refund or an alternative solution e.g. exchange or store credit.

What if my purchase is the wrong size?

If you selected the wrong size you need to make a new purchase with the correct size online. Then, return your original purchase – at your cost - within 14 days of receiving the original order and we will process a refund for the returned product once received.

What if my purchase arrives and it's faulty?

Our products underwent rigorous quality control process. However, if your product is deemed to be faulty we can offer you a replacement product or a refund. If you choose a refund, we will refund the cost of the goods and the return shipping costs you incurred.

The product I received isn't what I ordered?

How do I return my order?

If you want to return a product to us for an exchange or fault assessment, you can send us an email to customer.support@m9sports.com.

How long does it take to get a refund?

If seeking a refund for faulty product, please allow time the product to be returned to store, for it to be assessed, and for the assessment to take place. This can be a number of days. We will do everything we can to expedite the process for you.

If seeking a refund for a faultless product, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be borne by you. You have to ensure that the product is in its original packing and in good condition with all items in the original packaging included. We shall assess the returned product(s) and we will decide based on our assessment whether to provide refund or an alternative solution e.g. exchange or store credit. To qualify for a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the product(s) and must pass our standard product assessment guidelines. 

Refunds, in general, will take a minimum of 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.

Can I return my purchase to any of your authorized outlets?

Online purchases can be returned only to our online shop mailing address. In-store purchases cannot be returned online but only to the outlet that sold you the product.

Does M9 Sports ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to anywhere in the world that our partner courier covers.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery within Riyadh City:  SAR23

Delivery within KSA, but Outside of Riyadh City:  SAR23

Delivery to outside of KSA: standard shipping rates will apply 

How long does delivery take?

We will do our best to make sure that orders received will be processed and shipped off at the earliest time possible. Depending on your location, it may take 2-10 working days but we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date. Your patience is really appreciated.

Do you have an express delivery service?

If you want an express delivery, please send us an email to customer.support@m9sports.com and we will check for you if this can be provided.

Can I track my order?

How do I know what size I am?

If you’re buying a brand you have worn before the size is likely to be fairly consistent so stick with that. If you are stuck deciding between two sizes, we would suggest selecting the bigger size. 

Do I have to have an account to buy?

You don’t have to create an account, but it will make things easier for you when you want to check your order history, and when you return to the store your details will be there saving you time on your next order. 

Can I use a gift card online?

Only gift cards issued by M9 Sports online shop can be used for online shopping at our website.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact us at customer.support@m9sports.com and we will work with you to cancel the order and have your purchase refunded if it has not been dispatched already.
