Returns and Exchange

M9 Sports stands by the quality of its products. However, we support consumer rights to return or exchange products sold in this website provided these returns or exchanges are within the bounds of our Return and Exchange policy.

Orders on the M9 Sports website (www.M9Sports.com.) are fulfilled by our warehouse personnel and shipped to you. This way your online order is packed properly and delivered by our partner courier company.

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging if you’re unfamiliar with the product you’re buying. We strongly encourage you to select carefully while shopping online.

Exchanges

If you selected the wrong size you need to make a new purchase with the correct size online. Then, return your original purchase – at your cost - within 14 days of receiving the original order and we will process a refund for the returned product once received.

For all returns the returned items must be in new condition, with the original tags, and be in the original packaging. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned along with your merchandise. If this packaging is damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund so please send back in the same way as received to protect the product from damage in transit.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required with all returns.

Refunds will be provided back to the same payment type used at the time of purchase.

Faulty Items

Our products underwent rigorous quality control process. However, if your product is deemed to be faulty we can offer you a replacement product or a refund. If you choose a refund, we will refund the cost of the goods and the return shipping costs you incurred.

Returns Process

If you want to return a product to us for an exchange or fault assessment, please send us as email to customer.support@m9sports.com and it will come through to the M9 Sports store support office.

Once we received all the details of your order including your details we will then contact you via email with return shipping information. To get the item back to the store it was sent from, you’ll just need to arrange the shipping with your chosen courier company.

To ensure quick and accurate delivery back to the store:

  • Put back the product in its original packaging
  • Be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Copy of the payment receipt voucher for the cost of shipping back to us the product; to be reimbursed for faulty items (if applicable)

If seeking a refund for faulty product, please allow time for the product to be returned to our store, for it to be assessed, and for the assessment to take place. This can be a number of days. We will do everything we can to expedite the process for you.

If seeking a refund for a faultless product, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be borne by you. You have to ensure that the product is in its original packing and in good condition with all items in the original packaging included. We shall assess the returned product(s) and we will decide based on our assessment whether to provide refund or an alternative solution e.g. exchange or store credit. To qualify for a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the product(s) and must pass our standard product assessment guidelines. 

Refunds, in general, will take a minimum of 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
